NextFort Ventures Chandler, LLC, together with its managing member, NextFort Ventures, LLC, operates state-of-the-art modular data center facilities designed exclusively for high-density computing applications. Because protecting your privacy is very important to us, we operate our web sites (collectively, the "Site") under the following guidelines to safeguard information that personally identifies you such as your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and other customer or user information ("Personal Information").

Personally Identifiable Information That We Collect

In serving our current and prospective customers and other users who visit the Site, we acquire, store and transmit your Personal Information. Your use of the Site is deemed your consent to our use of this information in accordance with this policy.

When you inquire about our services or other relationships with us, we may ask you to register and/or provide Personal Information such as your name, street address, phone number, e-mail address, and information about the nature of your inquiry. Additionally, in the normal course of servicing our customers, we ask customers to register and create a user name and password in order to use portions of the Site, and we create and maintain customer account information accessible through those portions of the Site, including customer status, contact information, services, and customer logs.

We may have surveys and registration for NextFort events on our site from time to time. If you choose to participate, we will request your Personal Information such as name, title, address, phone number and/or email address, and responses to any survey questions.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information on our Sites from or about visitors under the age of 13.

Our Use of Your Personal Information

We use your Personal Information to contact you about your inquiries or comments, to contact you about our service offerings, events and promotions, to provide services to you, to provide customer support, to improve our service offerings, to enforce our customer agreements and policies, to improve our Site, and to enhance our marketing efforts.

If you are a current or prospective referral partner, we may from time to time send you newsletters, promotional materials, and other electronic and other mailings. We will further use your Personal Information for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.

We will use our customers' Personal Information to make service announcements when necessary, such as notifications of scheduled maintenance. While our customers may not opt out of these communications, they may control the manner in which we provide these communications by managing customer account notification options through our customer web portal.

We will share your Personal Information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We do not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties without your consent.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you on behalf of external business partners about offerings that may be of interest to you. In such a case, we do not transfer your Personal Information to the unaffiliated third party without your prior consent.

We may provide your Personal Information to companies that provide us with business services such as providers of shipping, advertising or marketing, office support, and business analytic services. These companies are authorized to use your Personal Information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal information.

If your Personally Information changes, or if you otherwise wish to correct, update, amend, or delete/remove your Personal Information, you can email privacy@nextfort.com or contact us as set forth below. In addition, customers and registered users may modify their account information through the web portal available to such users.

Protecting Your Personal information in Public Forums

We may offer interactive forums, such as message boards and chat rooms, to our users. When you voluntarily disclose Personal Information to other users or third parties in public forums, whether through our Site or otherwise, that information becomes public and can be collected and used by others. NextFort Ventures, LLC is managing member of NextFort Ventures Chandler, LLC, and both are operated out of the company headquarters in Irvine, California. By providing either entity with your information, you agree to the transfer of information between NextFort Ventures Chandler, LLC and NextFort Ventures, LLC, both of which will treat this information in accordance with this policy.

Changes to NextFort's Privacy Policy
